I’m now approaching 30 in international age, so my eyelids were gradually drooping and it was getting hard to open my eyes, so I got double eyelid surgery. Since I’m an office worker, I wanted a fast recovery and for it to look less obvious, so at first I looked into natural adhesion or non-incisional buried sutures. But my eyelid skin had started to sag, so I had a consultation for the incisional method and also proceeded with ptosis correction.
The swelling was not extremely severe from the beginning. At 1 month after surgery, it was still somewhat noticeable. At 2 months, there was still some swelling left. But from 3 months, it suddenly became much more natural. People around me also said it was surprising that it already looked natural even though it was incisional.
Personally, I’m satisfied because it has become easier to open my eyes. The line looks natural, and even though I had ptosis correction, I don’t have eye soreness or side effects, so I’m satisfied.
