Hello! Every time I took a side-profile photo, the hump line of my nose stressed me out so much, so I finally made up my mind and got on the operating table. It feels like just yesterday, but it’s already been 2 weeks haha I had the surgery with Director Park at Uain Plastic Surgery near Sinnonhyeon Station. My nasal bridge had a protruding hump, and my nasal tip drooped, so my impression looked a bit strong So I wanted as slim and feminine a straight-to-slightly-curved line as possible, and since I didn’t like anything artificial and was worried about side effects, I asked for no implant no matter what! I thought correcting the overall facial volume together would definitely make my face look much more three-dimensional than doing only the nose, so I also had fat grafting done. Especially because I had almost no nasolabial angle, my mouth looked a bit protrusive, but after forming the columella through nasolabial angle surgery, my mouth area really became much more refined! Because of the swelling, I’m still waiting for my nose to become a little slimmer, but even as it is now, it’s so amazing that the hump is gone haha Since it’s implant-free, I worry less about side effects, and maybe because autologous material was used, the movement of my nasal tip already feels natural? For those who, like me, are worried because a hump nose makes your impression look strong, I really want to recommend nasolabial angle surgery and hump removal! The three-dimensional look really comes alive. If you have any questions, please leave a comment! I’ll share information as much as I know~ 😊
