I had a rhinoplasty consultation yesterday. I wanted surgery because I didn’t like my sebum production and bulbous nose. My nasal bridge is on the higher side, so I said during the consultation that I wanted to do it without silicone. But the doctor said that for my nose, if I want bulbous nose surgery, silicone is absolutely necessary, so I’m debating what to do. They said if I only do the bulbous nose correction, the effect wouldn’t even be 30%... If only it were a hump nose instead, I’d just need to touch up the nasal tip
