This would be my first surgery, and I have a bulbous nose. The front view looks too flat, so I want to improve the frontal appearance, but from the side, the nasal tip seems slightly droopy and the nose looks deviated? It feels like a droopy bulbous nose. Would this kind of nose be difficult to operate on? Since cosmetic surgery is new to me, I feel lost about how many clinics I should consult and how to research them. I was introduced to a place through an acquaintance’s recommendation and have made a consultation appointment there. Would it be enough to look into about 2–3 more places? Please recommend which clinics are well known.
