Nose Surgery Reviews

If I use rib cartilage, will the nasal tip not droop?

I had silicone for the nasal bridge and ear cartilage placed in the nasal tip, but now it has drooped so much that I don’t understand whether the material choice was wrong or whether the surgery was done strangely;; It’s been 3 years since the surgery. I had it done at a fairly well-known place (I won’t mention it because I’m afraid of getting sued). At the 1-month mark, the swelling had gone down to some extent, so I lived satisfied for about a year, but after that I wondered if it was starting to droop little by little. Now, exaggerating a bit, it feels like my nasal tip is about to touch my philtrum, ha.... I feel like I need to redo at least just the nasal tip, but should I assume that if I use rib cartilage, it definitely won’t droop? I’m looking at reviews for Louvre and Saekim, and it seems like a lot of revision surgeries are done with rib cartilage, yeah.
