I was moved because the consultation was very honest and showed a good understanding of the patient's condition. I went in without high expectations.. but it wasn't a consultation where they tried to add this and that to raise the price. They listened carefully in detail to what the biggest concern of the person who came for the consultation was, and seeing them provide the best solution tailored to that gave me confidence.
