Foreign material found after cheekbone surgery.. Please help me

On March 13, I had cheekbone surgery at a plastic surgery clinic in Seoul through a sideburn incision and an intraoral incision. Then on March 30, when I woke up, the left side of my face was extremely swollen, and yellow phlegm kept draining down the back of my throat, so I went to an otolaryngology clinic. I was diagnosed with acute sinusitis and was prescribed antibiotics. After that, I didn’t improve, so on April 13 I visited the plastic surgery clinic where I had the surgery to check the surgical progress as well, and had a CT scan. They said the director who operated on me had gone overseas for training and would not be there for a while, so I consulted with another director specializing in facial contouring. That doctor said the screws were well fixed, and that there was indeed sinusitis on the left side, and only told me that since medications at the plastic surgery clinic are not covered by insurance, I should continue drug treatment properly at the otolaryngology clinic where I had received treatment. After that I continued medication steadily, but when there was no improvement, the otolaryngology clinic recommended that I go to a university hospital for a CT scan, so I had a CT scan. As a result, foreign material was found inside the maxillary sinus, and they said that because this caused an inflammatory reaction, I need surgery at the university hospital to remove the foreign material. At the moment, the foreign material is most likely a bone fragment caused by the cheekbone surgery. I have not yet informed the plastic surgery clinic where I had the surgery about this situation. I currently have an appointment to visit that plastic surgery clinic on May 4. Right now, the situation where I have to undergo surgery one more time because of inflammation caused by this foreign material is truly the worst.. At the moment, I also don’t have the money for the surgery costs at the university hospital... I’m about to get a job, but because I have to have surgery again, I can’t get employed, and the financial damage is no small matter.. I don’t really know how I should respond, and I don’t have anyone around me to ask for advice... Please tell me what I should do in a case like this.. Please help me..
