Solving the Nose, Eyes, and Facial Volume All at Once!! (Including Default Camera Photos and Consultation Comparison)

If you look at my pre-op photos, you'll understand why, but I had really decided for a long time that I was going to get my eyes and nose done..!! As I looked into this and that, I realized that if I only did my eyes and nose badly, my already flat face might look even flatter So I planned to do my eyes and nose together with facial fat grafting and looked around both online and in person!!! Please keep that in mind!!) Clinic 1 - Private clinic, no anesthesiology director, based on reviews the aesthetic taste matched mine. Eyes - recommended ptosis correction + thin in-out line partial incision / Nose - recommended and explained bulbous nose correction / Facial fat grafting - briefly mentioned forehead volume and no further discussion. The director had clear confidence in certain methods, but seemed to avoid methods they were not confident in, so the options became limited + I gave up because there was no anesthesiology director. Clinic 2 - Small-to-mid-sized clinic, has an anesthesiology director, based on reviews I judged it as a place that adjusts to what you want. Eyes - recommended ptosis correction + natural adhesion semi-out line / Nose - recommended nostril reduction (alar incision) + explained the nasolabial angle by angle / Facial fat grafting - recommended full-face, mainly forehead, nasolabial folds, and front-side cheeks. They did not mention each area separately, but talked while considering overall balance + said that anything not absolutely necessary among the parts I mentioned could be chosen according to my preference (no pressure).
