I didn't want anything excessive from the start, so I went for a natural look. Even early on, the shape was okay without upper-pole bulging, but I was worried that the firm feel wouldn't fully go away But I guess time really does solve it, because at 3 months they've gone back to being soft, so I'm so relieved! I guess all that time I spent touching only implants to find ones that feel like real breasts was worth it lol The inframammary fold position matches well too, and the shape has settled so much that it looks even more like my own breasts in person, so I think I like it The transaxillary incision marks are still visibly there, so I'm diligently applying scar ointment, but at this level I think they'll fade a lot before summer.
