Breast Surgery Reviews

What I’ve been feeling lately while hoarding underwear haha (6 months after Motiva)

Clinic MD / Director ㅇㅅㄷ Surgery information Motiva Full R275/L295cc Before surgery 65A After surgery 65C These days I’m realizing all over again that if the breasts are full enough, push-up padding, pads, wires.. none of that is needed at all. It feels like anything I wear is okay lol I’m 6 months post-op now, and I used to check my size every day, worrying what if the size shrinks as the residual swelling goes down, but even if the residual swelling goes down, the implant volume stays the same, so there doesn’t seem to be any particular difference. I guess it was needless fear. And stretching is good too, but still, I think yoga is the best! Before, I felt like my shoulders were slightly rolling forward, so I watched YouTube and stretched diligently. But it can’t compare to yoga... When I do yoga, I’m like, wow, am I going to die doing this? But compared to when I only stretched, my body has straightened out a lot!! An exercise I highly recommend to everyone here who had breast surgery. (Not early after surgery; I recommend starting when it’s been at least 3 months. You use your arms a lot, and the instructor really stretches my body out...) But until when do people usually apply stretch mark cream? Since last month, I got lazy and skipped a day or two, and now unless I’m applying body lotion after showering, I don’t really apply it,, I do think people say stretch marks can suddenly appear, so it’s better to keep applying it, but then do people usually apply it until about 1 year?? Or if I don’t really feel tightness and feel like I can stop now~, I’m curious whether it’s okay not to apply it. Winter is over too, so could I replace it by applying body lotion a bit thickly on the breast area? Now it feels like this is my body, so taking care of it keeps feeling annoying, and I feel like I don’t have to do it anymore, ugh
