I had breast fat grafting about 2 years ago. At the time, I had stem-cell fat grafting, and I remember also getting boosters. The fat was extracted from my thighs, and maybe because they only took the fat needed for the graft, any thinning of my thighs or anything like that was minimal. For my breasts, I think about 1/3 of the initial volume remains, and they did not become dramatically larger or anything, but still, without side effects, the parts that were supposed to engraft seem to have engrafted well. If I have a second surgery, I’m thinking of doing it here. The liposuction scars are not very visible either, and I’m fairly satisfied.
