This is an indentation after removing the splint one week after surgery. There is an indentation along the splint line, and the clinic says it is scar tissue and will get better, but the indentation is severe. There is also hyperpigmentation. Has anyone had an experience like mine, and did it get better? My acquaintance said they even had scar-tissue injections for 2 months, but it was difficult to fully recover.. Next week, at week 2, when I go to have the intranasal stitches removed, I requested a consultation with a specialist. Is there anything I should ask the specialist for?
