This is a review from 2 and a half years later. I did it here after following a friend. First of all, I didn't have enough under-eye fat to really need surgery, and I had fairly severe pigmented dark circles. During the consultation, they told me it would not be effective for pigmented dark circles, but I decided to have the procedure anyway, thinking it would help at least a little..!! At first, I was very satisfied, but since fat was removed, it feels like the elasticity has decreased My skin originally lacked elasticity, and I already had a lot of eye wrinkles when I smiled, but after the procedure, it feels like it became even more finely wrinkled... I think it would be really effective for people whose under-eye fat makes the area look shadowed.
