What I liked most was the director’s aesthetic standards and expertise. Rather than just raising the nose as high as possible, they designed it while considering the overall proportions of my face and the line extending from my forehead to my lips. In particular, they carefully checked the size of my nasal septum and whether I had rhinitis through a CT scan, so I felt reassured even about the functional aspects. They recommended a natural straight-to-slightly-upturned line rather than a flashy nose, and I trusted them because they did not push unnecessary additional surgery. They reflected my best-look goals, while clearly explaining what was possible and what was not.
