As the years passed, I had pain only when lying on my left side, so I visited the hospital again and told them about the pain, but they only told me to wait. Currently, I have rippling on the inner side of my breast, sensation has not returned at all along the entire inframammary incision area, and discomfort in my left breast continued, so I had an ultrasound examination in December 2020. They said that because there was a possibility of a small rupture on the left side, fluid had leaked out and was visible inside the capsule.. Only then did I find out the cause of the discomfort, and I requested the medical records, operation record, etc. from the hospital, but they kept repeating that I had to visit in person, so I visited with the ultrasound examination report. The manager in charge copied all the results I brought, and after a long while, perhaps after discussing with the director, came back and showed me the surgical consent form. Then they asked for 2 to 5 million won as the revision surgery fee, and I told them I was afraid to trust the director again, so I would not proceed with revision surgery. Then they said they would proceed with a refund.. I was dumbfounded seeing them say that the surgical consent form stated correction was possible only for side effects within 1 year, and after that the hospital had no responsibility, so surgery would cost money again. At the first surgery, they told me that because my skin was thin, the implant would go under the muscle, so I had been living with that understanding, but now they suddenly changed their words and said it was dual-plane, which is also dumbfounding.. When wrapping up the conversation in the consultation room, they said they would give me a refund, so I also said okay because I was too exhausted from stress to continue.. (I also have the recording) Because it had been so long, I could not remember how much I had paid, so I asked how much I had paid, but they kept repeating that it could not be checked in the computer system, and after saying they would contact me by that evening, they did not contact me.. Since I had signed the settlement contents at that time, I waited until 2 days later, but they cut off contact, so after I called again and asked, the desk only kept repeating that it was difficult to connect the call, and they are not even calling me back.. Because of this issue, after the ultrasound I have been having such a hard time for several months, and I need revision surgery quickly, but because of the cost, even though I currently have pain, I am stuck unable to do anything, and no matter how much I keep contacting the hospital, they will not respond.. I am so frustrated Because I paid in cash at the time, I keep requesting the receipt, but they say there is currently no receipt I am so frustrated that I am writing this... I have all the evidence, but I am angry at the hospital for changing their words in an instant.. Now they tell me to handle it legally. And they have cut off contact..
