After mouth-corner surgery, once the stitches were removed, I developed numbness around the corners of my mouth. I heard that if the nerves are damaged, there can be a side effect where sensation is permanently lost.. Does anyone have the same symptoms as me? If I want to get treatment for nerve damage, which hospital should I go to? The hospital only says I have to wait and watch it for a year. I had chin liposuction 3 years ago, and the sensation in my chin still hasn’t come back even after more than 3 years. That hospital also said the exact same thing, that it would come back with time.
