It’s been about half a year since I had breast surgery. At first, it really hurt so much. Even lying down was hard, and if I moved my arms even a little, it felt tight, and my whole body felt stiff. Back then, it was so uncomfortable that I even wondered why I had done it… But as time passed, it definitely got better. Around two to three months in, the swelling went down and the shape gradually settled. The fullness in the upper part came down naturally, and the line looked much prettier when I wore clothes. Now it almost feels like part of my own body. The texture has become much softer too, and especially these days, I can sleep lying down comfortably like before surgery and exercise without any difficulty. Very occasionally, I still feel a bit stiff, but it doesn’t interfere with daily life at all. At first, it was a little obvious that I had surgery, so it felt awkward, but now people around me often say it looks natural. Personally, after half a year, I really feel like it has stabilized. I’m satisfied with how it is now, but as the doctor said, it should look even more natural after about a year, so I’m looking forward to that. At first I was scared and regretted it a little, but now I strongly feel that I’m glad I did it. Once you get past that initial discomfort, it really changes.
