One month after fast breast surgery

Thinking that short surgery time = fast recovery, I trusted the skill of the doctor who performs 27-minute breast augmentation and lay down for surgery, and now it has already been one month. Now that a month has passed, I think, it’s already been a month, but the month was so, so hard. Other than gaining something I didn’t have before, I didn’t feel any big noticeable change during the month, so I often wondered, 'Is it normally like this....?', 'Could something be going wrong?' But I can feel changes like the left being a firm bouncy ball and the right being a bouncy firm ball, and at the one-month follow-up, the doctor said the surgery went well, and although the right side has a bit more swelling than expected for one month, the swelling will go down more as it settles over 6 months, so I’m looking forward to 6 months later. As for the surgery itself, I was lucky to have no pain, so I couldn’t have been more satisfied regarding surgical pain! However, while awake, I had to keep consciously avoiding using strength the way I did before surgery, and I suffered from receiving compression underwear one size too small, the pain of not being able to sleep lying straight on my back, and strangely, a stinging pain on the inner arms rather than the armpits or breasts. Especially in weeks 2 and 3, I even regretted the surgery. After somehow getting through the difficult month, really amazingly, I feel like I’ve returned to my previous normal(?) life. I’m out of the surgical bra, but from now on, for at least 5 months, even when lifting weights, I’ll start living 24 hours a day wearing the specific bra recommended by the hospital. Still, I lived without them for decades, so I think 5 months is nothing. Surgery really seems best when the cold wind blows, and when you’re even one day younger.
