Hellooo, I had been thinking a lot about posterior lower canthoplasty, so I went to a place with lots of video reviews and a good reputation and got the surgery. I liked it so much that I’m leaving a review! I had the surgery on November 17, 2025! This is my one-month review. My eyes aren’t exactly small, but the outer corners were slightly upturned. I told them clearly that I wanted a natural but refreshed look, and it definitely looks natural, but!! the lower outer area was opened downward, so my eyes look longer!!!! If I don’t say anything, people around me absolutely don’t notice. What I was most worried about was whether it would look unnatural when I smiled, and of course it did feel a bit tight up until about 2 weeks! Still, it doesn’t affect my eye-smile! That’s what I like the most. I started doing full eye makeup from around week 3? I’m completely satisfied.
