Review of natural adhesion double eyelid surgery at a plastic surgery clinic

When I first visited, the director kindly gave me a consultation. First, they analyzed my eyes in detail, and because the distance between my eyes and eyebrows is narrow, they honestly told me that an outline crease would probably look unnatural, so I think that made me trust them even more. After the consultation, I decided on a natural adhesion semi-outline crease. I booked the earliest available date and had the surgery a few days later. Even though I’m usually good with injections.. since it was done under local anesthesia, it hurt and tears kept coming out. Still, there was calm music playing in the operating room, so it was bearable. Two days after surgery, when I opened the gauze, there was less swelling than I expected and not much bruising either. Maybe because there were sutures inside the eyelid, at first my eyeballs felt dry and there was some foreign body sensation, but after a few days the foreign body sensation disappeared and it got better. Personally, I think the swelling at the inner corners of the eyes goes down the latest. Since they say the timing for swelling to go down differs from person to person, I think it’s best to watch it over time. On the day I visited 5 days later to have the stitches trimmed, I also got jaw Botox, and my face didn’t swell at all, and the effect was better than when I got it elsewhere. I highly recommend the Botox too!
