There were exactly two reasons I was considering nose surgery, you know? My nasal tip was spread out wide, and I think a smooth nasal bridge line is pretty, but mine felt too much like a protruding hump, so I didn’t like that it made my face look dull lol I also wanted a slim, sharp, defined nose, so I looked into various clinics, then watched YouTube and finally made my decision, done deal..!!! I’m originally the type who swells really easily, so around day 3 after surgery, my whole face got super puffy lol. So I went for walks every single day... I had already expected the swelling, so.. haha.. And after the splint was removed, the doctor showed me in the mirror, and even though my nose was still really swollen, I liked it so much I couldn’t take my eyes off it lol. I stared at it for ages, and the doctor laughed... Anyway, the more the swelling went down, the slimmer my nasal bridge and tip became, and the line got smoother, so I was really satisfied. Once my nose looked neatly refined, my impression felt much more sophisticated.. I’ve always liked doing makeup, so after my nose surgery, I bought a ton of stuff at Olive Young, and after my stitches were removed, I started wearing makeup little by little. My facial features stand out so much now that I seriously enjoy doing makeup Especially personally, I feel the biggest change when taking photos. Whether it’s a selfie or someone taking a rear-camera photo of me, the added dimension makes the photos come out well I even booked a studio and took profile photos, and my nose looked so pretty that almost just skin retouching was enough... I didn’t even touch the nose at all when editing.. lol Personally, I think it’s one of the best choices I’ve made in my life so far.. The doctor said my other facial features are on the glamorous side, so a moderately natural-glam height would suit my image much better. I had originally wanted that natural-glam feel too, so I followed the doctor’s advice. Didn’t I really succeed..? All I did was get rid of the bulbous nose and hump, but my image improved so much that I’m so happy...
