No implant, septal extension using donated rib cartilage + septal cartilage. Since I had a long nose, the surgery was done by reducing the length through septal extension (long-nose correction). If the extended part is removed, in a short nose, the support that was holding it down would usually be gone, so I feel like it could turn up. But would that happen with a long nose too? In my case, it feels like this is actually holding back something that wants to droop downward.. ha.. this is exhausting. I just want to live comfortably being able to make a pig nose..
