I had nose surgery about 5 years ago, and because of a depressed area, I had revision surgery at the same hospital 6 months later. The reason I went for a consultation at ㅁㅌ this time was that my nose looked too crooked (it was already quite crooked, but after putting in silicone, it looked even more crooked), so I went thinking I wanted to remove everything. But they said artificial cartilage was used in my nose, and it is now showing through. They said that if I keep living like this, my skin could become thinner later and it could break through. My first surgery was done at ㅌㅇㅅ, and they said that place mainly uses this material (because the side effects are severe, most places are moving away from using it). On the side where silicone was inserted, they shaved down the hump first, so if the silicone is completely removed, the nose could look collapsed. I went in just thinking I wanted everything removed, but my condition was more serious than I thought. The doctor spoke very realistically, so that actually made me trust them more. But the cost is enormous
