I had surgery with a septal support graft? and silicone inserted, but over time, because my skin is thin, the silicone started showing through, and on top of that it has become slightly crooked, so I’m planning to remove the silicone Maybe because of the septal support graft, my nasal tip is gradually drooping and becoming like an arrow nose It’s worse when I smile. So I’m planning to remove all of that at once. I’ll know more accurately soon once I go for a consultation, but I’m curious so I’m asking. While doing a full removal, having my nasal tip become round like before wouldn’t be bad, but still... I want to keep just a slightly raised? feeling at the nasal tip.. I feel like I’ve heard before about surgery like nasal tip cartilage suturing? while doing full removal. Since they’ll be opening it up anyway for full removal, can cartilage suturing create at least a little bit of a raised-tip feeling? Is this a possible surgery..?
