Botched mouth-corner surgery at Gangnam Station

Writing this for the public good. Last year, at a hospital near Gangnam Station, I was recommended mouth-corner surgery + lip advancement surgery? They said it would look pretty, so I even paid extra and got it done. Long scalpel-mark scars on both mouth corners, the mouth corners don’t lift, asymmetrical lips, and they dug out all the fat around my lips. Because of scars that I don’t know when will disappear, I’m spending a huge amount of money at a scar-treatment clinic and fighting an endless battle. When I say where they left me like this, everyone feels sorry for me. My work involves meeting people face to face, so I can’t work, a mask is mandatory, and I’m living in hiding while fighting this. I have nightmares every day. I seriously want to kill them. It was the worst choice I’ve ever made in my life. When I go for follow-ups and visits, they do this “turtle pace?” thing and just tell me to wait. It felt awful, so I started paying out of pocket for scar treatment. Their aftercare is crap too. Even the laser treatment appointments I have to schedule myself, and I’ve had it about twice. It’s so obvious they deliberately don’t answer the phone and pass me around, and when I ask something on KakaoTalk, I don’t know what they’re so guilty about, but they overreact so badly. The young desk staff seemed obviously inexperienced, and there was no separate manager. A desk staff member came into the operating room. If they themselves think this is something that will get better if I just wait, unless they did this with malicious intent, they ruined someone else’s life in an instant. I hope they’re cursed. I see a lot of people going there for mouth-corner surgery on other communities, so please look into it carefully before going.
