Breast Surgery Reviews

1 year after Mentor Boost, seriously considering revision surgery.. advice from people with experience please

It’s been 1 year, and the reason I’m considering revision surgery is because of the cleavage line. I feel like the shape of the cleavage is really not pretty. It even looks like the cleavage area is floating when I bend forward. This is the most stressful part. Even though my breast cleavage is on the narrow side, the skin in the cleavage area is lifted, so a deep cleavage line doesn’t form. If I press the lifted skin downward from underneath with my hand (last photo), the cleavage line becomes deep, but I think this seems abnormal, you know? But when I went for a follow-up, they said some people’s breasts are naturally shaped like this, and if it bothers me too much, they said they could reduce the implant size and widen the breast pocket. I chose the larger size among the implant sizes the doctor recommended, and for one side, the doctor said they would decide during surgery whether to use 340 or 320, and in the end, based on the doctor’s judgment during surgery, 340 was inserted. What does everyone think?
