I kept feeling bothered by my developed square jaw, so I finally decided to get surgery. I looked into so many clinics and went around for consultations, and among them, the place that seemed closest to the look I wanted was Nana, so I had the surgery done there. Honestly, after the surgery, I did have a bit of a hard time because of the swelling. At first, my face was so puffy that there were moments when I wondered if I had done it for nothing, but I managed it well the way the clinic told me to and just endured it while waiting. Then, at some point, I could visibly see the line becoming more refined. The square jaw area definitely softened, and my overall face shape feels slimmer, so I feel more satisfied every time I look in the mirror lol. Now, when I look at old photos, I wonder why I worried about it for so long. I like the result so much that the time I spent hesitating and stressing feels a bit wasted haha. Even though only my face shape changed, my impression looks much softer, and I feel more confident when taking photos or looking at my side profile lol. Overall, I’m satisfied, so I’m feeling like it was a good decision to take the plunge and do it.
