I booked because I had heard Potenza was really good for acne, and went in. Even though I had booked, the wait was quite long, and in the consultation room they said Potenza was good and sent me straight in for the procedure. They applied numbing cream and started the treatment. Potenza is where needles go in and out, so it hurt a lot, but the doctor kept saying cute reassuring things and I managed to endure it well. But the staff member who did the finishing pack? was really rude. They just put it on wordlessly, took it off wordlessly, and gave no guidance at all. Other than that, the doctor and the consultant were kind.
