Harvesting the costal cartilage did not hurt at all, and I had it done without an implant. It was a little crooked at first, but they revised it and corrected it well. Recovery was fast and the swelling went down faster than I expected. Maybe that is because I had revision surgery. Anyway, I trust the director because they take responsibility and handle things well. These days it seems hard to get an appointment. They recommend the design well to match my face and help me with the design. They said a high nasal bridge probably would not suit me, so without an implant
