Double-Jaw Surgery Reviews

5 months after double jaw surgery, people around me keep saying, “Something looks different?” lol

Before my double jaw surgery, I searched for reviews nonstop, and now it has already been 5 months since I had surgery with Director Shin Hee-jin at Leeu Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery!! Time really does fly I originally started orthodontic treatment because of facial asymmetry and an underbite, but after the consultation I learned that the problem was not my teeth but a skeletal issue caused by misaligned bones, so orthodontics alone would not solve it and I would need double jaw surgery Before deciding on surgery, I looked up reviews and information from many hospitals, and there were many posts from real users recommending Leeu Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and because it is a hospital specializing in oral and maxillofacial surgery rather than plastic surgery, it felt more trustworthy!! Above all, during my consultation with Director Shin Hee-jin, I could really feel the expertise and experience regarding double jaw surgery, so I decided to have the surgery at Leeu Oral~.~📌 5-month review 📌 At this point, I have gotten to the point where I almost forget I even had surgery, and in daily life there are almost no uncomfortable parts Even up to the 3-month mark, I was a little cautious with hard or chewy food, but now I can eat almost anything as long as it is not extremely hard like chicken cartilage!! Opening my mouth has become easier too, and in terms of eating, it feels almost like I was back to how I was before surgery As my facial asymmetry and underbite improved, the overall balance of my face definitely changed, but it did not change in a way that screams “I had surgery!” so I am even more satisfied!! People around me who have not seen me in a while, if they do not know I had double jaw surgery, do not know exactly what changed, but they do react with things like “Something somehow feels different,” or “Your face seems a bit different?” lol. Honestly, I think that kind of reaction is the best Rather than having it be obviously obvious that I had surgery, I hoped only the parts that had bothered me, like the asymmetry and underbite, would be improved naturally, and it feels like it is settling in exactly that way. It is already the 5-month mark, so I feel like the major recovery process is almost over, and I am now pretty used to my changed face!! At first I thought braces alone would fix it, but I ended up going as far as double jaw surgery, and I was really worried, but looking only at the changes so far, I do not regret deciding to have the surgery I am going to keep watching how my facial line settles over time~!!!
