Since it was my first nose surgery, I felt burdened by using autologous costal cartilage, but Dr. Yoo Young-moon at Vibe Plastic Surgery recommended implant-free rhinoplasty without using an implant, and he carefully suggested a nose shape and materials that suited my image, so I trusted him. The materials used were septal cartilage, dermis, and autologous costal cartilage, and because my issues were a hump nose, long nose, and deviated nose, I had correction along with nasolabial angle correction and functional rhinoplasty. During the consultation process, I could feel his meticulousness and expertise, which built my trust, so I decided to have the surgery with him.
