When I look at Director J, it seems like they often recommend septal correction using costal cartilage. I wonder if total removal is possible too. I’ve made a consultation appointment, but I don’t want to put any more cartilage into my nose, so I don’t want reconstructive surgery. I’m already scared they might say they won’t operate unless it’s reconstruction
