I went straight into a consultation with the director without any consultation with a manager. He listened to my story first, then carefully looked over my face in detail. After hearing what needed to be done, about an hour had passed. He seemed professional and trustworthy, so I wanted to book right away, but the cost was a bit burdensome, so I'm going to think about it for a while.
