I don't really know if it had a big effect on sagging chin fat. I had it about 2 years ago, and even after losing weight, I still get a double-chin feeling, so my jaw doesn't look slender. Maybe that's just how contour surgery is, or maybe they didn't tell me, but when I wake up and suddenly talk, there are often times when my jaw makes a sound. Cold things make it tingle.
