It was my first surgery, and I had a standard nasal bridge and nasal tip procedure. I did not have a hump nose or bulbous nose, so it was just a standard surgery. I wanted a semi-ski-slope line, but I got a straight-to-slightly-curved line. I wanted a slightly more glamorous nose, and I cared more about the nasal tip than the bridge, but they said that because my nose is on the small side, even using my septal cartilage and ear cartilage, this was the best possible result. If I probably want it raised more, I think I would need to go to another hospital and use autologous costal cartilage. But it was so painful, the bruising was severe, and the bruises remained for up to 2 months, so daily life was difficult. I asked many acquaintances, and they said that at places that are somewhat good...
