I had surgery about 6 years ago… What I wanted was natural-looking inner double eyelids. The result was sausage eyes, scars, and the incision line for double eyelid surgery was set high, so my eyes fold from the lower side. They are outer double eyelids, and when I close my eyes, they are bumpy. When I went to have the stitches removed and said they seemed to have turned out thick, they said body type also affects it and told me to lose weight.
