I had philtrum reduction last year and I am satisfied, but the director recommended only about 2 mm, so I did that, and I regret not reducing it more Honestly, there is a scar left too, but it’s at the level that isn’t visible when I wear makeup. Still, I think I’ll need scar treatment. Even so, I’m thinking of getting a revision somewhere else later.
