I went in for a consultation about philtrum reduction and the lip corners. Other clinics all said I needed to reduce it by 7 mm, but here they asked me how much I actually wanted to reduce it. They said satisfaction is higher in the end when the patient gets the amount they want. For the lip corners too, they roughly showed what shape it would end up as after the procedure and let me decide whether to do it or not. There was absolutely no pressure, and it strongly felt like they were leaving the choice to the patient.
