I was bothered by my nasolabial folds, so I made a reservation after seeing it on Babitalk. The clinic location is very far from the station and you have to go up a hill. The facility seems on the small side. When I went, there were no extra seats, so I waited standing. They gave an anesthetic injection without numbing cream and started the procedure right away. It was painful, and 2 Jamber threads and 1 cc of filler were used. They said there would be no downtime, but I had appearance-related mental distress for over 2 weeks. My nasolabial folds and philtrum swelled thickly, and my face became really ugly. But around week 3 it gradually went down, and then the nasolabial folds showed again. If asked whether I'd do it again, I don't think I would.
