I received treatment for scar tissue on my nose and scar tissue around my eyes. I had more than 5 sessions with extracorporeal shockwave therapy and injections performed together. I had 10 sessions for my nose, and the effect is clearly visible immediately after receiving it. Even though I have an old contracted nose, so the effect tends to be slower, I can still see an immediate effect. It definitely becomes thinner, and the hardness loosens. But it seems like if you don’t manage scar tissue, it fills back in again and becomes hard again. It’s too expensive to keep receiving it continuously for maintenance
