I booked a consultation with this director and went. It was my first plastic surgery consultation, so I was really nervous and tense and had a lot of questions. But when I went in for the consultation, instead of both eyes, the director just held one line on one eye and said I could do non-incisional double eyelid surgery with this line, then seemed about to leave. I was flustered, so I stopped the director for the moment and asked more things, like my right eye doesn’t close as well, what should I do about that, and I’m scared that ptosis correction might cause overcorrection, etc. The director said I should trust them on that and left.
