What impressed me the most during my consultation for eye surgery at Sketch was that they assessed the current condition of my eyes accurately without exaggeration. They explained the age-related sagging of the eyelids and changes in eye shape from a structural perspective, which made it easy to understand. I trusted the fact that they suggested an improvement plan that would not harm my overall impression, rather than insisting on making a drastic change. The consultant also did not rush throughout the consultation and answered each of my questions well. I also appreciated that they spoke honestly about the recovery process and realistic results.
