I like that the director speaks calmly and checks things without pressuring me. The consultant did recommend a specific implant a bit, but I think it was a recommendation that suited my physical condition. I liked that the hospital facilities were clean, and the aftercare also seemed thorough, which was good. It also feels more comfortable because the director is a woman.
