Nasal tip as much as possible, nasal bridge silicone, autologous costal cartilage, nasolabial angle correction, bulbous nose correction, hump. It was my first cosmetic surgery and the first place I went to on my nose consultation tour, and I was surprised because it was way more expensive than what I had looked up. They said my septal cartilage was small, so it probably wouldn’t be enough with just that, but at other clinics they said it was on the small side but usable.
