I arrived earlier than my consultation appointment time and waited, but there was still a wait. I went without specifying a director, and the representative director came in. His attitude throughout the consultation was not good. I'm absolutely not asking for friendliness, but I wish there had at least been basic manners. His sitting posture, way of speaking, facial expression, etc. seemed arrogant, and his explanation wasn't detailed either. He looked annoyed when answering questions. They charge a 30,000 won consultation fee, so I wondered why his attitude was like that. Except for that director, the other consultants and coordinators were kind. Looking at reviews, some people said they were kind, so I wondered if they choose who to be kind to during consultations. Leaving aside that the surgery cost is expensive...
