I got eye fat-removal injections 5 years ago. I had them twice, and in the early period after the injections, when I woke up and looked in the mirror, I could see that the fat had decreased, but the effect was weak. Now it's the same as before I got them. Considering the cost and effect, I recommend not doing it. I think eye surgery would be better than an injection procedure.
