I learned about Jinjuko 4 years ago, and the ad copy said things like a semi-permanent nose filler procedure rather than surgery. But fillers need to be injected regularly to stay in place, whereas this involved putting Jinjuso silicone into the tip of the nose for semi-permanent maintenance. At the time, I felt nose surgery was too much of a burden, but Jinjuko’s nasal bridge filler was 600,000 won, so I went with a friend to check it out. At first, the doctor was kind to us and funny. The silicone can show through if the skin is thin, and Gore-Tex apparently has a color similar to bone, so I paid 100,000 won extra and decided to go with Gore-Tex.
