Maybe because I've been exercising a lot lately, my upper arms felt noticeably thicker, so I went in for a Botox consultation. I heard that because these kinds of upper arms have muscle even if you lose fat, Botox can be effective. Since I had a lot of fat and muscle around the deltoid area, the director said the effect would show well after about a month. They recommended getting it once more after a month, and I don't think there was any particular overtreatment or anything like that.
