I visited because it seemed this was the only place that does non-incisional surgery for neck wrinkles. First, a female manager consulted with me, then the doctor, and then the manager again. The manager was generally kind, and even though I asked a ton of questions, she explained everything in detail while looking at review photos with me. The doctor was kind too, but he didn’t explain the surgical method in detail, so I was a little uneasy.
