For my first nose surgery consultation, they recommended things fairly in line with the patient's needs and not excessively. The consultation went in the order of CT - manager - doctor - manager. They clearly said what couldn't be done, but I still felt they would try to do as much as possible to match my needs, so if I get surgery, I plan to do it here.
